Increasing breast size through exercise.

Someone asked me this question: I have two children, what can I do for breasts increase?

This question is very pertinent from the exercise point of view but at the same time I work for a breast centre so I can give some information as regards breasts increase.

Breast tissue is made up of fat and glandular tissue. As women age, it is a pity, but true, breasts begin to sag and the composition shifts to more fatty tissue than glandular one. For better results, exercise both. How do I achieve that? By using heavy weights to gain muscular mass. 3 set minimum of 3 reps is best.
